Easy Glazed Strawberry Bread
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.

  3. In another bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.

  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated before adding the next. Stir in the vanilla extract.

  5. Mix in the flour mixture alternately with the milk, starting and ending with the flour.

  6. Gently fold in the diced strawberries.

  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  9. Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.

  10. Mix the powdered sugar with enough milk to reach your desired consistency, then drizzle it over the cooled bread.
