Air Fryer Poached Eggs
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350 °F (177 °C) for 3 minutes.

  2. Spritz some oil into each ramekin and rub the oil around the edges.

  3. Pour 3-4 tablespoons of hot water into each ramekin.

  4. Gently crack an egg into each ramekin.

  5. Place ramekins directly in the air fryer basket/tray.

  6. Cook for 5-7 minutes, depending on the preferred doneness of the yolk.

  7. Once cooked, remove the ramekins from the air fryer.

  8. Gently pry the eggs out of the ramekins using a rubber spatula.

  9. If the eggs are stuck, run a knife around the edge of the ramekins.

  10. Transfer the eggs to a plate or onto prepared toast, season with salt and pepper, and enjoy!
