Preheat the air fryer to 350 °F (177 °C) for 3 minutes.
Spritz some oil into each ramekin and rub the oil around the edges.
Pour 3-4 tablespoons of hot water into each ramekin.
Gently crack an egg into each ramekin.
Place ramekins directly in the air fryer basket/tray.
Cook for 5-7 minutes, depending on the preferred doneness of the yolk.
Once cooked, remove the ramekins from the air fryer.
Gently pry the eggs out of the ramekins using a rubber spatula.
If the eggs are stuck, run a knife around the edge of the ramekins.
Transfer the eggs to a plate or onto prepared toast, season with salt and pepper, and enjoy!
