In a bowl, mix together 1 cup of cottage cheese, ½ teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of chili flakes, 1 teaspoon of Italian herbs, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and evenly combined.
Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and preheat for 3-5 minutes.
Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or lightly spray it with cooking spray. Spoon out small portions of the cottage cheese mixture and shape them into thin circles (about 2 inches in diameter) on the basket. Leave some space between each for even cooking.
