Italian Sausage Rigatoni
  1. Brown the Italian sausage in a pan.

  2. Add the diced onion and bell pepper and cook until softened.

  3. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.

  4. Stir in the tomato paste and cook for a few minutes.

  5. Season with Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

  6. Add the tomato sauce, rigatoni, chicken stock, and heavy cream.

  7. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and cover. Cook for 12-15 minutes until the pasta is done.

  8. Remove from heat and let stand for a couple minutes.

  9. Serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
