Mix everything very well until there are no lumps and the batter has a cake batter consistency.
Bake for 25-30 mins at 180c/350f until the center is cooked.
Top with chopped strawberries.
You can store this in the fridge or freezer once baked.
To reheat, remove the strawberries, microwave for around 3 mins, and then put the strawberries back on before eating. Can also be eaten cold.
