Chocolate Protein Pancake Bowls
  1. Mix everything very well until there are no lumps and the batter has a cake batter consistency.

  2. Bake for 25-30 mins at 180c/350f until the center is cooked.

  3. Top with chopped strawberries.

  4. You can store this in the fridge or freezer once baked.

  5. To reheat, remove the strawberries, microwave for around 3 mins, and then put the strawberries back on before eating. Can also be eaten cold.
