Heat groundnut oil in a pan over medium-high heat
Add thinly sliced onion and cook until softened
Add finely chopped garlic and grated ginger, cook for 1 minute
Add lean beef steak mince and cook until browned and crispy
Add sliced red chilli to the beef mixture
Pour the sauce over the beef and stir to combine
Add sliced tenderstem broccoli and cook until tender
Divide cooked rice into bowls
Top rice with the firecracker beef mixture
Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions
