  4. Shape the falafel into balls and deep fry them in hot oil.

  5. Make the pita bread dough by mixing the flour, milk, water, olive oil, sugar, salt, and yeast.

  6. Knead the dough, let it rise, then roll it out and bake the pitas in a hot oven.

  7. Make the red cabbage pickle by mixing the cabbage with salt, sugar, citric acid, vinegar, lemon juice, and olive oil.

  8. Make the spicy onions by mixing sliced onions with chillies, garlic, salt, sugar, coriander, cumin, and vinegar.

  9. Make the Arabic salad by dicing cucumber, tomato, and onion, and seasoning with lemon, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  10. Make the tahini sauce by mixing tahini, lemon juice, water, salt, cayenne, and cumin.

  11. Assemble the falafel sandwich by stuffing a pita with the falafel, pickled cabbage, spicy onions, Arabic salad, and tahini sauce.
