Mash or blend the meatball ingredients (except the breadcrumbs) until smooth
Mix in breadcrumbs until the mixture holds together, then shape into balls and refrigerate
Sear the meatballs until the outside is browned
Fry minced garlic and onion until browning, then add curry powder and fry for a few more minutes
Add coconut milk, stock, miso paste and turmeric, then mix and simmer to combine and thicken
Add the seared meatballs a few minutes before serving
Serve with rice, garnishes and enjoy
