Shredded Beef Sandwiches With Horseradish Sauce, Giardiniera And Au Jus
  1. Sear Roast 5 min per side Med-High Heat

  2. Remove roasts from pot

  3. Add ½ C Red Wine and deglaze

  4. Add 2 C Beef Broth

  5. Roast back in pot

  6. Add 1 T Black Pepper and 5-6 cloves Garlic

  7. Cover/Simmer 3 Hours

  8. Shred Beef in Pot, Serve

  9. Simmer 2 C Beef Broth, 1 C Beef Drippings from pot, 2 T Worcestershire Sauce, Splash of Red Wine

  10. Mix ½ C Sour Cream, 2 T Mayo, 2 T Prepared Horseradish, 1 t Apple Cider Vinegar, Salt, Pepper, Chives to taste and Chill in Fridge
