Sear Roast 5 min per side Med-High Heat
Remove roasts from pot
Add ½ C Red Wine and deglaze
Add 2 C Beef Broth
Roast back in pot
Add 1 T Black Pepper and 5-6 cloves Garlic
Cover/Simmer 3 Hours
Shred Beef in Pot, Serve
Simmer 2 C Beef Broth, 1 C Beef Drippings from pot, 2 T Worcestershire Sauce, Splash of Red Wine
Mix ½ C Sour Cream, 2 T Mayo, 2 T Prepared Horseradish, 1 t Apple Cider Vinegar, Salt, Pepper, Chives to taste and Chill in Fridge
