Crockpot French Onion Meatloaf With Melted Swiss Cheese
  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, milk, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and shape into a loaf.

  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add sliced onions. Cook for 20-25 minutes until caramelized. Pour in beef broth and cook for another 5-7 minutes.

  3. Pour the caramelized onions and broth over the meatloaf in the crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until fully cooked.

  4. About 10 minutes before serving, top the meatloaf with Swiss cheese and cover to melt.

  5. Remove the meatloaf from the crockpot, let it rest, then slice and serve with caramelized onions on top.
