Place lemon slices and mint sprigs in a 2-quart pitcher; set aside.
Add wine, ice cubes, frozen lemonade concentrate, and vodka to blender; blend until smooth, about 20 seconds.
Pour wine mixture into pitcher lemon slices and mint, and serve immediately.
