Preheat oven to 300°F and grease a loaf or tube pan.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Stir in mixed fruit and pecans to coat evenly.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, orange juice, butter, and molasses.
Mix wet and dry until just combined.
Pour into pan and bake 1½–2 hours until firm and golden.
Cool completely before slicing.
