Almond Croissant Baked Oats
  1. Heat the oven to 350°F.

  2. Grease two (8-ounce) ramekins or one (7- or 9-inch) round baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

  3. Add the milk, eggs, syrup, extracts, oats, flour, baking powder, and salt to a blender and blend until completely smooth.

  4. Transfer to prepared baking dish(es) and top with sliced almonds. (If using individual ramekins, only fill ¾ full.)

  5. Bake until the oats begin to pull away from the sides of the dish and a toothpick comes out clean, 25 to 35 minutes.

  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before dusting with powdered sugar and serving.
