Pat the chicken thighs dry with a kitchen towel to remove moisture.
In a small container, mix the paprika, oregano, parsley, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oil, and salt in a small bowl.
Add the marinade to the chicken thighs and rub it in to make sure that all parts of the chicken are coated in the marinade. If you have the time, you can put it in the fridge to marinate for a few hours. If not, go ahead to the next step immediately.
Arrange the boneless chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Don’t put them over one another and don't overcrowd the air fryer basket. Air fry at a temperature of 400F/200C for 15-18 minutes flipping the chicken thighs halfway into cooking.
When the chicken is cooked, remove them from the air fryer.Serve and enjoy.
