Add all of the ingredients to the instant pot. Stir to combine.
Place the lid on the instant pot. If your model has a sealing valve, then set it to 'sealing'. Set the instant pot to manual cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
When the cooking time is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally.
Remove the lid and use a potato masher to mash and mix the apples to reach your desired consistency. If you prefer a completely smooth applesauce, then you can use an immersion blender.
