Lemony Butter Beans
  1. Heat extra virgin olive oil in a pan, sauté garlic and shallots until soft.

  2. Add butter beans (with their liquid), lemon zest and juice, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.

  3. Mash slightly, then serve on toasted bread with fresh parsley and a scoop of Daily30+. Enjoy!
