  2. Whisk honey, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, pepper, and red pepper flakes; marinate strips 30 min–4 hrs.

  3. Season grill pan; preheat to medium-high (400-425°F).

  4. Remove steak from marinade, pat dry, season with spices.

  5. Sear in grill pan 2-3 min per side until caramelized.

  6. Rest under foil 5-10 minutes, serve with glaze.
