Measure out 1 cup of magnesium chloride flakes and 1 cup of distilled water.
Pour the distilled water into a double boiler or a heat-resistant bowl set over a pot of simmering water. Warm the water until it’s hot but not boiling.
Gradually add the magnesium chloride flakes to the hot water, stirring continuously until the flakes are completely dissolved.
Allow the solution to cool to room temperature.
Once cooled, add approximately 25 drops of your preferred essential oils (optional).
Use a funnel to transfer the magnesium oil solution into your glass spray bottle.
Label your spray bottle with the contents and the date made.
