Gluten-free Ham And Cheese Sliders
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard, and honey.

  3. Using a serrated knife, slice the slider rolls in half and place the bottom halves in the prepared pan. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the bottoms of the rolls.

  4. Place one-quarter slice of Swiss cheese on the bottom of each roll. Top with two slices of ham folded to fit on the roll, then top with slices of Swiss cheese in a single layer across the sliders in the pan. Top with the tops of the rolls.

  5. In another small bowl, combine the melted butter, poppy seeds, ½ Tablespoon Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and onion powder. Brush evenly over the tops of the sliders. Cover the pan with foil and let it sit for about 10 minutes.

  6. Bake covered at 350°F for 20-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Uncover and bake for an additional 3 to 5 minutes, until golden brown and crispy on top.
