Marinated Olives With A Red Wine Vinaigrette
  1. Remove olives from jar; rinse.

  2. Heat olive oil in saucepan, add garlic, and cook until garlic starts to turn golden.

  3. Add bay leaf, rosemary, lemon zest and red pepper flakes. Cook for another minute or so.

  4. Remove from heat; whisk in red wine vinegar.

  5. Pour over olives.

  6. Enjoy warm or cool.

  7. For best flavor, allow to sit overnight.

  8. They should last at least a couple weeks in the refrigerator and possibly more.
