Mcdonald's-style Breakfast Burritos
  1. Add peppers, onion, turkey sausage, and mozzarella cheese to a greased baking sheet and season with salt and pepper

  2. Blend cottage cheese and eggs together

  3. Pour the egg and cottage cheese mixture over the ingredients on the baking sheet

  4. Bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes until golden

  5. Spread one Laughing Cow cheese wedge on each tortilla

  6. Cut the egg bake into 8 pieces and place one piece on each tortilla

  7. Roll up the tortillas and wrap in foil
