Cook and drain the rotini according to the package directions
While the rotini is cooking, season the chicken with salt and pepper
Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat
Add the chicken and cook until browned
Stir in the soup, milk, cheese, chili powder and garlic and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is done
Add the chicken mixture to the rotini and toss to coat
Season to taste
