  1. Mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, water, minced garlic, and black pepper.

  2. Add the sliced beef to the marinade and set aside.

  3. Wash 1 cup of rice and add 1 cup of water.

  4. Add the diced yellow onion, carrots, bell pepper, and frozen corn to the rice cooker.

  5. If desired, add 1 tbsp of butter.

  6. Turn on the rice cooker.

  7. Optional: Add sliced green onions.
