PdfCook the rice first
Prepare teriyaki sauce: combine 1 cup soy sauce, 1 cup water, 1 tablespoon ginger, 2 cloves garlic, and 2 heaping tablespoons sugar
Place sliced spam in frying pan
Pour teriyaki sauce over spam (should coat spam)
Simmer until boiling for 1-2 minutes
Have a small bowl of water to work with
Tear 10 pieces of seaweed wrap (nori) to wipe the mold
Cut seaweed along dotted lines (shiny side faced down)
Scoop rice into musubi mold (place in center & Spam)
Place spam on rice (if the spam care sauce drips on top, just wipe it off)
Lightly squeeze and seal with nori
Wrap musubi in seaweed wrap
