Buffalo Chicken Chili
  1. Drain corn and tomatoes; drain + rinse beans

  2. Add all ingredients to Crock Pot; mix

  3. Place block of cream cheese on top

  4. Cook on high for 4 hours

  5. Blend cream cheese into the chili. I found it works well to take it out of crock pot carefully along with some hot broth, then blend in stand with whisk attachment til smooth, then stir back into chili.

  6. Keep warm til ready to serve
