Cook the noodles and edamame in just enough boiling water to cover with the stock pot
Stir through the tahini once everything is cooked (no need to drain)
Drain and slice the tofu
Drizzle tofu with sesame oil and a little crispy chilli oil
Microwave the tofu for 1 to 2 minutes until warm
Serve tofu over the noodles
Finish with more chilli oil, spring onions and sesame seeds
