Pass the tvorog through a sieve or meat grinder until smooth.
Mix with egg yolk, sugar, rice flour, and vanilla.
Rest the mixture in the fridge for 30-40 minutes.
Divide into 50g balls, shape into syrniki using the glass on a floured surface.
Fry in a pan until golden on both sides.
Finish in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10-12 minutes.
