Seeded Peanut Butter And Jelly Oat Bars
  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Line or grease an 8x8 baking dish.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the butter, maple syrup, peanut butter, flax, hemp, salt, baking powder, oats, flour, and milk.

  3. Set aside about ½ cup of this mixture and pour the rest into your prepped baking dish.

  4. Press down the peanut butter mixture into the bottom of the pan to make sure the whole bottom of the pan is covered.

  5. Press down the mixture with your hands or a flat object like the back of a measuring cup.

  6. Spread jam over top and dollop the remaining peanut butter mixture over the jam.

  7. Sprinkle on some pumpkin seeds or peanuts.

  8. Bake for 27-30 minutes until nicely golden brown.

  9. Let cool completely and then slice into 12 pieces.

  10. Place between parchment paper and keep in the fridge for up to a week or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
