Preheat oven to 330°F
In a large blender with tamper or food processor, add eggs, egg whites, yogurt, pumpkin, sweetener and extracts until smooth.
Add protein powder, oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until fully combined but don't over mix.
Pour into a parchment-lined pan
Bake 60-70 minutes. I like to place a light foil cover for the first 25-30 mins so the top doesn't get tough and crack. Set a timer to remove this as the egg whites in the recipe start to rise at this point. Cook until set (center will still be slightly soft)
Cool completely. best served cold
