Add a wheel of Brie cheese to the center of a baking dish.
Score the cheese.
Surround the cheese with diced peaches.
Squeeze ½ lemon over the peaches.
Add ½ cup of brown sugar on top as well.
Drizzle honey on top.
Bake at 350° for about 20-25 minutes or until the Brie has completely melted and the peaches have started to caramelize.
If you are using canned peaches, check it at 15-20 minutes.
Serve with buttery toasted bread and enjoy!
