Add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and the sauce thickens. Toss in the chopped spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Finally, add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta in the creamy sauce. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil if desired.
