Heat an oven and hob proof pan and add a splash of oil.
Add all the veg and soften for 5 minutes. Add the gnocchi. Colour for a few minutes.
Next add the Halloumi and colour for a minute. Then pour in both cans of tomatoes, season well, bring to a simmer and put the tray in the oven for 20 minutes.
Stir through the spinach and basil and serve.
