Peel the potato and slice it thin using a peeler.
Soak slices in boiling water + 1 tbsp vinegar for 5–10 minutes.
Transfer immediately to ice-cold water for 2–3 minutes.
Pat slices completely dry with a kitchen towel.
Place in the airfryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray with oil (optional).
Airfry at 180°C (350°F) for 10–15 minutes.
Shake the basket halfway through for even crisping.
Sprinkle salt or your favorite seasoning once done.
