  3. Gradually add the bread flour, 1 cup at a time, until a smooth dough forms.

  4. Knead the dough for 10 minutes on a lightly floured surface.

  5. Divide the dough into 18 equal pieces and shape into balls.

  6. Place the dough balls on a greased baking sheet, cover, and let rise for 10-30 minutes.

  7. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  8. Brush the tops of the rolls with an egg wash (1 beaten egg mixed with 1 tbsp water).

  9. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
