One Pot Biryani
  1. Cook onion, garlic paste, ginger paste, tomato, lamb cubes, yogurt, biryani spice mix, and salt with hot water for 60 minutes

  2. Add more water, potatoes in quarters, and fresh coriander, then cook for 20 minutes

  3. Add 2 cups of washed rice and cook for 20 minutes on low heat

  4. Garnish with fried onions and coriander before serving
