Blta Chopped Egg Salad
  1. Lay out the bacon on a baking sheet and bake at 400F for 19 minutes. Layout paper towel on a plate and add the bacon to cool off.

  2. Medium-boil 4 eggs for about 9 mins. Rinse under cold water and peel.

  3. Add the lettuce, medium-boiled eggs, shallot, avocado, cherry tomatoes, baby pickles, 3 slices of crispy bacon, dijon mustard, hot sauce, salt, and pepper to a cutting board.

  4. Add the Chosen Foods Avocado Mayo and chop everything with a knife to your desired consistency.

  5. Pop the chopped salad onto romaine lettuce leaves, then top with everything bagel and some crushed up crispy bacon.
