Soak raisins in cold water
Flavor oil with vanilla and citrus zest
Mix flour, sugar and yeast in stand mixer
Gradually add water with salt and eggs
Work dough until elastic
Slowly incorporate flavored oil
Add drained raisins
Shape into ball and let rise 2.5 hours
Divide into 10 pieces (100g each)
Shape into ovals
Second rise 1 hour
Brush with egg white and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes
