  1. Soak raisins in cold water

  2. Flavor oil with vanilla and citrus zest

  3. Mix flour, sugar and yeast in stand mixer

  4. Gradually add water with salt and eggs

  5. Work dough until elastic

  6. Slowly incorporate flavored oil

  7. Add drained raisins

  8. Shape into ball and let rise 2.5 hours

  9. Divide into 10 pieces (100g each)

  10. Shape into ovals

  11. Second rise 1 hour

  12. Brush with egg white and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes
