Combine 1 cup of mixed seeds and 1 cup of your choice nuts and coconut shreds.
In a measuring cup, whisk ½ cup nut butter, 2 tbsp melted coconut oil, and 6 tbsp of pure maple syrup, and stir this into your seed and nut mix until well combined.
Pat the mixture onto a lined baking sheet and bake on 350° for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool.
Once cooled, spread ¼ cup tahini and ¼ cup peanut butter (mixed) onto your seed bark.
Sprinkle with sea salt.
Spread melted dark chocolate to top.
Freeze or refrigerate to harden.
Break up and store in the fridge.
