Hormone Healthy Nut & Seed Bark
  1. Combine 1 cup of mixed seeds and 1 cup of your choice nuts and coconut shreds.

  2. In a measuring cup, whisk ½ cup nut butter, 2 tbsp melted coconut oil, and 6 tbsp of pure maple syrup, and stir this into your seed and nut mix until well combined.

  3. Pat the mixture onto a lined baking sheet and bake on 350° for 15 minutes.

  4. Remove from the oven and let cool.

  5. Once cooled, spread ¼ cup tahini and ¼ cup peanut butter (mixed) onto your seed bark.

  6. Sprinkle with sea salt.

  7. Spread melted dark chocolate to top.

  8. Freeze or refrigerate to harden.

  9. Break up and store in the fridge.
