Slice the tofu(about 1cm thick). Heat up the oil over medium-high heat. When it reaches around 180C, add the tofu carefully one by one, fry until it’s golden and crispy, here it took us about 8 minutes.
Take the tofu out and place on kitchen paper to absorb excessive oil, then cut into strips with kitchen scissors.
Transfer the tofu in a bowl. Add soy sauce, garlic, chilli oil, scallion and coriander. Mix everything before serving.
