Add your couscous, chicken, carrot, peppers, courgette, onion, garlic, smoked paprika, turmeric, chicken stock and stir together. Try to keep the cous cous and carrot fully submerged in the stock. If the stock hasn't covered parts of the dish, add extra hot water from the kettle to the dish (don't worry this will all be soaked up by the couscous during cooking.
Add salt and pepper and chilli flakes to taste & sprinkle 20g feta cheese on top.
Cook in a pre heated oven at 190 degrees Celsius for 35-40 minutes (or until chicken is cooked).
Sprinkle on some fresh parsley if you have it and enjoy!
