In a large skillet, heat olive oil + butter.
Add onion and cook until soft + translucent (about 5 minutes).
Stir in garlic + red pepper flakes; cook ~30 seconds until fragrant.
Add tomato paste and cook a minute to deepen flavor.
Pour in vodka and simmer 2–3 minutes to cook off alcohol.
Stir in heavy cream + Parmesan.
Season with salt & pepper.
Simmer 5 more minutes until thick and luxurious.
Save ~½ cup sauce for the bottom & top layer if you’d like.
Brown sausage (or sausage/beef mix).
Drain fat and add meat into vodka sauce.
In a bowl combine: Some Parmesan (sorry I don’t measure).
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a 9×13 baking dish, spread a thin layer of vodka sauce.
Layer in order: Lasagna noodles, Ricotta mixture, Meat vodka sauce, Sprinkle mozzarella + Parmesan.
Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes.
Uncover and bake 20–25 minutes until bubbling and golden.
Let rest 10–15 minutes before slicing.
