Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a bowl, whisk the eggs.
Add the crumbled feta cheese and season with salt and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe pan over medium heat.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to set.
Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until the frittata is set.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
