Three Ways to Level Up Instant Ramen
  1. Creamy Egg Soup Ramen: Add egg yolk, mayonnaise and the ramen seasoning packets into a bowl and mix until a combined paste. Boil noodles to packet instructions. Reserve cooking water and pour about 4-5 tbsp's of it into the seasoning paste. Stir until you get a rich, creamy broth. Top with noodles, green onions, and sesame seeds.

  2. Garlic Vinegar Ramen: Add garlic, white ends of green onions and seasoning packets to a bowl. Boil noodles to packet instructions while cooking an egg in the neutral oil or just heating it up. Pour the hot oil into the seasoning bowl and stir then add the vinegar. Add the noodles and toss to coat them. Serve with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

  3. Chicken Stock Ramen: Add a chicken stock cube to 500ml boiling water. In a bowl, mix corn starch with 2tsp of cold water to make a slurry then slowly pour into the simmering chicken stock while stirring. Also while stirring, slowly pour in the beaten egg to create thin ribbons of egg. Add your noodles and cook to packet instructions. Add the seasoning packets and mix them in. Serve with chopped green onions, sesame seeds and a dash of sesame oil.
