Sausage And Bacon Gravy Mash Pie
  1. Spray a pan well with cooking spray then add in your onion and a good pinch of salt; allow to fry for 5 minutes or until slightly softened, then add in your bacon.

  2. Fry the bacon for few minutes until a little crisp at the edges, then add in your garlic and thyme, cook for a minute, before adding in your Worcestershire sauce and mixed up gravy.

  3. Stir really well, add in the cooked sausages, then allow to bubble and thicken for a couple of minutes before removing from the heat.

  4. If not using an ovenproof pan, transfer into an oven proof dish, or if you are, use the same pan and simply top with your mash and use a fork to rough up the top so it'll get nice and crispy.

  5. Sprinkle over your cheese and bake at 180°C (fan) for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbling.

  6. Leave to stand for a few minutes before serving.
