Prepare Bake
Preheat oven to 175°C.
Whisk cottage cheese, eggs, honey or maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
Stir in oats and almond milk. Let sit 5 minutes.
Fold in blueberries, nuts (if using), and chia seeds (if using).
Pour into baking dish.
Bake 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool 5-10 minutes before serving.
