Garlic Butter Beef Tips & Cheese Tortellini
  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season beef with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Sear beef tips for 5 to 7 minutes until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.

  3. Reduce heat to medium. Add remaining butter and garlic to the skillet. Cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

  4. Pour in beef broth and scrape up any browned bits from the pan. Let simmer 2 to 3 minutes.

  5. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer gently until the sauce thickens slightly.

  6. Return beef tips and cooked tortellini to the skillet. Toss until everything is well coated in the garlic butter sauce.

  7. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving. Garnish if desired.
