  1. Season chicken mince with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and chilli flakes

  2. Mix the seasoned chicken mince

  3. Flatten the chicken mince between parchment paper

  4. Layer pesto, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and light mozzarella on top of the flattened chicken

  5. Fold the chicken over to create a pocket

  6. Cover the top with parmesan cheese

  7. Air fry at 200°C for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked
