Saute onion in oil until soft. Add ground meat and cook until cook 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Stir in cabbage and cook 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.
Preheat oven to 375.
Roll pastry to ⅛" thick and cut into 2 ½" circles. Put 1-2 tablespons filling in center of circle, fold in half and seal edges well, criming with fork.
Place on buttered baking sheet and glaze with yolk mixture.
Pierce with 2-3 vent holes.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, until golden brown. Serve warm
