Butter Tart Pie
  1. Beat eggs lightly.

  2. Stir in sugar, syrup, butter, flour, vanilla and salt.

  3. Add Raisins, Currents or Pecans.

  4. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

  5. Bake in 400F oven for 5 minutes.

  6. Reduce heat to 350F and continue baking for about 35 minutes or until centre is just firm to touch.

  7. Cool completely before cutting.
