Slow Cooker Char Sui Ribs
  1. Add spring onions to the crockpot then the ribs

  2. Mix all ingredients with a whisk and pour over the ribs and in the slow cooker on low for 6 hours

  3. Remove the ribs carefully and set aside

  4. Reduce the sauce and baste and grill in the oven at 220°C

  5. Scatter over sesame seeds, spring onions, chopped coriander and chillis
